Philips LED lamps failing with D20 Dimmer Modules

We are using a mix of two different Philips LED lamps in our 100-Year-old chandeliers in our theatre:
  • The candelabra lamps are Philips Model: 9290030901A, Ultra Definition LED 5W (60 W equivalent)  B11 E12 Base Soft White Warm Glow Clear Glass
  • The larger A type bulbs, hidden on the open bowl base are Philips Model: 9290030840 Ultra Definition LED 13.5W (100 W equivalent) A21 Med Base Soft White Warm Glow Glass Inside Frosted
We have had these in these fixtures for about a year and a half now.  The candelabra lamps have all been fine but one, which lost half its emitters.  The Type A lamps however have been failing, with probably half of the emitters not working (not certain as these are frosted), and an obvious flickering, almost strobing.
Out of 30 Type A lamps in total (6 per chandelier), half to two thirds have now failed.  We run these run off standard ETC D20 Dimmer Modules in a Paradigm Rack.
We have about 70 more of these same Philips Type A lamps elsewhere in the building, running off of standard Lutron Wall Dimmers all they are all still working.
Are we using the wrong ETC Dimmer Module for these?  Is there an ETC Dimmer Module that would be better suited to use with these Philips LED lamps?
Or is there some setting I can make in the Paradigm Processor to the Dimmer Module to get these lamps to work more reliably?
We did have a different make of LED lamps in these chandeliers in the past but over half of those also failed over time.
