ETC Dimmer-error CEM3

Hi, we have updated our dimmer rack and one of them sent us an error code
"CEM3" regarding a high tension on the phase C or the component.
Could you give us the step-by-step to troubleshoot the dommer rack?

Hello Simon,

I think that translation to English to "high tension on the phase C" is not making sense?

I would recommend calling Solatech in Quebec for help
