Turning on the DMX in on the CEM

How do I turn on the DMX input on the CEM. I have some sensor dimmers but they are set to EDMX only. The Front reads A:OFF B:OFF how do turn turn A:ON

Hi,

You'll need to navigate to the 'Rack' section in the menu. From here you can go to 'Data Port and Priority', select the relevant DMX port and turn it on.

Has your rack been used with DMX before? It is possible that the patch may not be correct for the DMX input. You may wish to check with the system installer how the DMX ports were configured originally. Hopefully they will match the EDMX patch. If you see some odd results when you turn the port on I would suggest this is your first port of call.
