HOT / GROUND Reversed

I have a faulty circuit.  The system is comprised of:

ETC SR 48 rack  12 years old

Kleigl raceways  32 years old

For the purpose of testing, I inserted a CC20 module

We are working with circuits 47 (good) and 48 (bad)

The GAM Check reads Hot / Ground Reversed

The stagepin pigtail is wired correctly: BK / W / G

The batten junction box looks correct.  There is no real pattern for the various repeating colors from the multi cable.

Circ 47 GAM checks and meters fine and normal.  H to N=120v,  H to G=120v, N to G= ~

Circ 48 GAM checks and meters with a fault.  H to N=94v, H to G=123v, N to G=26.5v

Anyone have an idea as to how I fix this?

Looks to me like an open neutral.  What you may be reading is the float voltage induced on the neutral.  I would try metering the circuit with a load on it...You should be able to run a small load hot-ground to prove out your hot, and then hot-neutral to check the neutral.  If hot-ground doesn't run a load, then either you have an open ground (maybe?) or a very marginal hot...broken wire maybe.

Of course, if you have a GFI, then it will not work
