SR48 rack fan

I just discovered one of my Sensor 48 rack fans is not working. Where can I get a replacement fan? The rack was installed in 2002.

It could be something else. The fan is processor controlled and diagnosing the control is important. Tech support can walk you through some basic checks. Then they'll help you find the service tech or dealer to do the rest, whatever that might be.
