Smartpack Temperature Sensor

Just wondered if someone could suggest anything. I have a 1st generation smart pack (the ones with the modules that bounce out) however channels 1-4 keep cutting out under a very light load and the temperature sensor is reading ~98 degrees even though the other two sensors are reading significantly less.

Are there any quick fixes or things to look for or is it a send away fro repair job?

Hi Tom-

This is a symptom of the control card not making a good connection to the main power PCB. On early SmartPacks, the lid was designed to retain the card but we have found that a cable-tie retrofit to hold the card in place in is a better solution.
