I have noticed for the last 2 years, that there has been an incorrect labeling of the single phase/three phase wiring in the Smartpacks. I have seen this in the portable units and just yesterday on wall mount units. The Labels on the L2 A& B tell you to connect to the incorrect phase which results in (in a 6 pack) dimmers 3 & 4 to pop on instead of dim up. This was true on all 4 wall packs that were installed. I notified customer service about this last year when I first ran into it and then again back in Feb, when it happened again. I was shocked to see it still incorrectly labeled. Am I the only one who has had this problem? Seems very strange to me. I figured I would post this here as my previous reports seem to have not been investigated.
