Hello, I am working on a ETC Smartpack 7020A1101-A that is not responding to DMX, the DMX indicator is flashing in the display. I have replaced the SN75LBC182 chip but there was no change. I am getting the 3.3V and +5V on the test points, but am not getting a voltage on the +5VISO test point. Are there schematics available for the 7020B4611 board or any suggestions as to which components may have failed?
