I have just purchased a Smartbar2 for our Church. It has 6 positions. It has 4 Pars connected. Through the LED Menu I set the "Start" DMX address to 28. It does not respond on channel 28 however, it responds on channel 1-6. There are other lights also on these channels. The DMX cable in use goes to this new bar, then on to an "old" Smartbar 4 position, that one is working fine. I do not believe the cable is in question. Also the cable was being used previously without issue. I have looked at the manual that came with the bar, but it is the v1.43 manual and I notice that the directions do not quite match the display on the new bar. I assume that I have over looked somethign obvious.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
