Smartpack Portable Rack Size

I need to know how deep of an equipment rack is needed when using the rear rack kits for a SmartPack portable. In the past I purchased a rack based on the demensions of the Smartpack as listed on the Datasheet but it didn't account for the rear rack kit. Of course I can't find my notes about what size rack I wound up getting. I have checked the Datasheet, installation manual and operation manuals but it doesn't appear to be listed anywhere. Thanks.

  •  The pack is 18 inches deep and 19" wide including the front screw brackets. The height is 3U or 3.5". The depth will also depend on what connectors are used. And keep in mind that the sides and back shouldn't be blocked either or air won't flow properly.

    Umm, at 1.75" per 'U': 2U=3.5", 3U=5.25".  The SmartPack is  '19” 2-space (2U) rack-mount enclosure'.
