Smart Park L3:Error

During dimmer check discovered one of our four smartpack portable dimmers with a blinking blue (power) LCD and found in the diagnostics that L2 and L3 had an error.  Some the dimmer were working, most were not.  Swapped 50A power with a known working one and still same problem. Any ideas on solutions??

  • 2 of your power phases have a problem. 2/3rds of your dimmers have no power. The electronics are run off L1 so it can report an error.

    There are some internal fuses, but first check your input connectors and wiring. I would look for a charred bug or something. You can download the manual and go through the basic troubleshooting. You might also check the breakers for the incoming power. If there was a surge the original breakers might have partially tripped.
