Grand Master not working

We have a Expressions 24/24

and it has been working fine for a while

just recently the Grand Master fader does not work

Everything else is working fine

Any ideas?

That sounds like your grand master has failed. A local service center will be able to replace the fader pretty simply.

Silly question, but has it been disabled in the setup menu? Take a look at Setup-System Settings. Option 10, Master Type, includes the ability to disable the Grandmaster...
