Iluminarc Ilumipod fixture experience?

Yes,  I had to deal with them on a job in TX.  Whats going on?

I have diminishing returns as I travel down a line of fixtures. The fixtures closest to the fixture have all (or most) of their LEDs on and working, but further down the line, fewer or none are on. I suspect the RJ45 T splitters in use, also curious to verify pinning is correct. 

Seems like there could easily be multiple problems in play, mostly curious what problems others may have seen and solved.
