Obsolete Semi for Microvision: Anyone need?

Digging through bins I find a new TIBPAL22V10 in a static box labeled "Microvision"  This is an obsolete part.  I assume the Microvision only used one, because there is no reference number on it.  Does ANYONE (including ETC) need this?  I personally do not see having to service a Microvision to component level too much in the future.

  • Interesting. That's actually a chip that needs to be programmed, and if it has been programmed it should have a label indicating how it was programmed. It looks like our part number is Z342, and it was used in a few different consoles with different programming for each (though not actually in Microvision). Without programming--or knowing how it's programmed--it's probably not useful to anyone but us.

I can ask around repairs to see if we're likely to need it, or you can just send it in Attn: Lee Retzlaff (probably helpful to include a note on why you're sending it).
