Something like this may already exist, but it'd be nice to set a trigger off of an externally driven source.

Contextually speaking, say you have some DMX controlled LED's that are powered by a DMX controlled relay panel. It'd be nice to be able to watch a channel (or set of channels, ideally) from an external source and to command the relay to close based on the status of those externally driven channels.
