Color source par db

Hello i have a question about the color source par db what is the dmx mode direct all about on my ion it offers direct as 6 channel but the other dmx mode on the fixture is 5 please can some one explain

Direct mode gives all colors, including Lime.

So intensity, Red, green, Blue, Lime and strobe in direct mode the 5ch mode only give you control over Int, RGB and strobe. Leting the fixture it self ad the lime when needed
