Hi all. I run an Ion (v2.9) ,a nomad backup and a DMX King on a self contained network.
The switch is a TP-Link T1500G-10PS 8 Port Gigabit with PoE Smart Switch 2x Combo SFP
The issue I have is, some times when the desk starts up it doesn't connect with the network. Displays orange User 1. CIA network is grey and Shell shows both ports offline.
Shut down and restart once or, on a bad day, six times will connect.
The Switch is always powered and the nomad pc connects every time. Restarting the switch makes it no more likely to connect to the desk.
I have tried both network ports on the Ion with the same result.
Running on fixed IP in the 10. range.
Thoughts?
