Welcome to the ETC Service Technician Forum!  This forum was created for our service providers to share war stories and the tips and tricks they've picked up along the way.  We're going to do everything we can to make this an open forum and as such, we'll do our best to keep the moderating to a minimum.  It is important to remember that this is a public forum so we need to be careful about discussing proprietary or specific customer information.  Other than that, I encourage you to use this as a forum to communicate with other technicians and perhaps offer some insight to our customer base in the ways of the installation and service world.
