ETC 2

I am new at our school and no one seems to know much about the system.  Although it says lights are at 100 percent, none of them seem to come on.  I am not sure if somewhere in there a wrong key was hit or something else.

They were working for a short period but it is as if the entire system has quit working.

    Can you provide some more information? It seems like you're talking about a console, but most educational systems have a couple points of control and sometimes settings on one portion can override other portions. 

    It would be helpful to know what else is in your system, like touchscreens and dimmer racks. If it's easier to take pictures, that would help too.
