All of them were knocked down as soon as possible and the users banned. We normally see a few a day and address them ASAP. These were a lot being posted very fast and an off time of day [2:49am to 5am EDT] where there are little to no admins online.
We try to walk the line of not having 'permission' for everything on this site but this is the sad downside to that.
First time we have seen something this pervasive and I'm sure there will be talks internally about it today.

OK. That makes sense.
It was really a lot to log in to.
This is our first AI (assumed) attack in a while. Our Master Forum Admin, Starksk, added the websites they linked to in our disallow list and also created a couple of regex patterns for the discount code type language they used. We may still see some in other languages but for the most part these should get caught by the spam filter better now.
