Just a friendly note to all other techs out there.
Just turned on a box goods SmartPack system with 2 Wallmount Smartpacks being controlled via DMX.
I don't know if the headers were in the termination kits that shipped with the SmartPacks or were part of my spares from other projects, but the labels were inverted so pin 1 was really pin 8. Just keep an eye out for these, because the DMX doesn't work on terminals 6,7, and 8. :)
I've already let tech support know.
