Hi, That is how we now made the test. We configured the mtpc-rio and ad controller for the dali. The Dali power led is lit. When we want to let the controller search (finding) for ballasts , the dali LED blink, but the controller can not find anything. Whem we patch and upload : there come's an time out error. do we forget something ? or do something wrong? - Anjo

Hi Anjo - what city/country is your project in? Have you configured the group number in the Dali Ballast?

hi, We are located in Alkmaar (near Amsterdam) The project is in Enschede. Materials are now stil in Alkmaar. do you have to make all the ballasts to one or more groups?

Hi Anjo, yes - each Ballast must be configured to a group so that it will work. If you want you can send your config to TechServLTD ( a-t ) etcconnect (d-o-t) com with a link to this forum entry and explain to them your troubleshooting steps and problem, and then you will be contacted with help.
