mosaic designer remot access

hello ,

i have an issue descovring a controller with mosaic designer, it appears in grey when we try to connect remotly but if we are in the same switch its appears in black .

what port are used by the mosaic designer i believe this information will help me autorise the acces via our firwall

for a reference ping is ok and the web interface is working fine

How is your remote access setup? VPN?

Typically multicast addresses 239.192.38.8 + 239.192.38.7 need to be routed depending on our switch/ firewall to allow the designer software to communicate with the controllers. When a controller appears as grey in the network tab it means that your PC and the controller are not on the same network.

thanks for our answer it's working we have an routing issue changing the ip adresse worked well
