PARADIGM and EOS

Hi,

I have Paradigm for my houselight and on the same network I have EOS system.

I use Robe TX1 for colonn light, and with Console EOS I have a color but with the Paradigm It's impossible to record the color inside.

My first question, It's possible to store directly on the paradigm the output sACN to my EOSti ?

In lightdesigner you can write the value DMX at the same in EOS ?

How I can store my exactly color in the paradigm ?

My initial thought is that the color is not patched to Paradigm or those channels are not part of the Preset. The fix would be to doublecheck that it is patched, and assigned as part of the Preset(s) and then when you record, it will be part of the look.

the projectors are already in a preset for my houselight memory. But I want change the color and record the new color in the paradigm

It's also possible there are arbitration and priority rules in the Paradigm config that dictate which source's values are looked at when Record is pressed. There's a number of variables to consider. This might be easiest to solve by reaching out to your regional ETC Tech Support with your config and the sACN addresses of the fixture(s) you're trying to record.
