PARADIGM and EOS

My initial thought is that the color is not patched to Paradigm or those channels are not part of the Preset.  The fix would be to doublecheck that it is patched, and assigned as part of the Preset(s) and then when you record, it will be part of the look.

 the projectors are already in a preset for my houselight memory. But I want change the color and record the new color in  the paradigm

It's also possible there are arbitration and priority rules in the Paradigm config that dictate which source's values are looked at when Record is pressed. There's a number of variables to consider. This might be easiest to solve by reaching out to your regional ETC Tech Support with your config and the sACN addresses of the fixture(s) you're trying to record.

My regional ETC Tech Support have no solution and I have always a wrong color in my coloun

With my APEX10 I can make the right color but my regional ETC Tech Support can't record the same in my paradigm....

Have you a solution and Maybe in London or near some people are more competent...
