power failed

hello

my power failed and the lights/dimmers are locked on full from the last cue. the house lights and the lights/ dimmers that were not on respond fine.  we have a unison system,ER dimming rack and a sensor+ cem+ 96 dimmer rack

    Sometimes when the power goes out or a brown out happens to the power of the unison processor it holds information in the background.  When this happens you have to go into the menus and run local zones off or all zones off.  Feel free to call us at 800.688.4116 8-5 ctrl. and ask for phone support, we can help you work through the menus to find that option.
