Update Chauvet Colorband Q3BT in the library. It's listed in the library as a 6 Channel when it's a 16 channel fixture.

Hello, 
 I am seeing the Chauvet Colorband Q3 BT strip profile in current ColorSource Console software (3.2.0). 
 Only the 4-channel and 6-channel modes are supported by ColorSource. It does not support multicell / multi-emitter control, which would be required for the 16-channel mode.
