cobalt update

I have just updated from v 7.001 to v7.1 and now console won't boot, just comes with error message

unable to locate component, MSVCP100.dll is missing, reinstalling the application may fix this problem

any idea as to how to re install as i cant get to the welcome screen to do the update

    Would you be able to contact your closest ETC Technical Services office? We're looking at the issue now, but in the short term, we may want to get you a reimage kit to restore the console back to a functioning state.
