cobalt update

I have just updated from v 7.001 to v7.1 and now console won't boot, just comes with error message

unable to locate component, MSVCP100.dll is missing, reinstalling the application may fix this problem

any idea as to how to re install as i cant get to the welcome screen to do the update

console back up and running perfectly, really enjoying the new cobalt software on this console.
