congo junior console encoder display issue

Thanks for the reply, just to clarify though that the console display was working perfectly until I updated the software, I have updated the facepanel firmware also, does this have any bearing on the intermittent display

The software update should have no impact on a problem of this type, it's probably just coincidence. I still recommend contacting technical services about this problem.

Hi, I have this same issue too. During the start up, U can see the text "Congo Jr", in all the displays. Very rare, but it happens that one of the 3 displays stays blank. By restarting again, probblem solved. I have this issue already since the beginning (july 2007) i already did a firmwear update, and i'm using now the Cobalt software. It seems to be happing less then before, but it has happend. Antoon Raes Theater Scala - Belgium

hi Belgium, what firmware do your wings have? Are they master playback wings or universal wings?

What firmware does tHe Congo Jr Facepanel have?
