Software Problem with Congo Kid

Hi,

I tried to install the new Firmware (v.8.2.1) on our Congo Kid Console and now it can not start the software because a .dll file is missing.

Any solutions? Can I exit to Windows and reinstall the software?

Hi Felix,

It sounds like there may have been a corrupted download of the installer. I would recommend getting in touch with your closest ETC Technical Services to help resolve this issue. https://www.etcconnect.com/Contact/Technical-Support.aspx
