Time issues

Hi all,

We have had a Congo since 06. The question i have is when running a sequence some cues have channel times and when we hit the go button the lights that go out in a set time just blackout. But the werid thing is it is not the same each time i try the cue some times it works and some times it doesn't.Is this a know issue or am i the only one having trouble??

Hi Anders,

we know about problems with ch times in combination with xf and movefades on pronto,but it didn´t happen reproducable... could you describe the problem more exactly?

So far, I haven't been able to find the exact situation or the cure. In some situations when you move around in the sequence and then press GO, it seems like channel times that go to 0% skips the fade time and jumps directly to the new target.
This is as much as I know right now.

As replied earlier, this was a problem with channel times going to a level of 0%. Sometimes, the time was bypassed in this case.
As a workaround, until version 5.0 comes out, you can make sure channel times go to 1% instead of 0%.
