Can you send a copy of a showfile displaying this behaviour to congo (at) etcconnect (dot) com, along with a quick description of the problem and which sequence step(s) you're seeing it in?

That way we can have a look and try to reproduce the problem, and hence fix it!

It is fairly easy to set a Channel Time of zero, but then the selected channels would always snap (when playing the sequence forwards) rather than just sometimes...

I've been having the same issue.  I have been sending files and emails to Ben Smith but I can forward them along if someone else wants to see them.  It seemed to be happening about every 15 shows for us.  We were still running 4.3.2.

Did you get the file or do i need to resend it? 

I have gotten the file through Sarah but I haven't been able to analyze it in detail yet. I will try to get to this as soon as possible.

This is definately an issue. I've experienced it on several productions. We did in fact send one of our Congos to our norwegian representative with the showfile and a description, but they could not find anything wrong or reproduce it.

To sum this up:

 - The error is periodic and difficult to reproduce

- It affects channel times randomly through the show

- Channel times snap instead of fade.

 We've seen this on both our Congo desks, running 4.3.2.

Needless to say, the result on stage is terrible. You really should make an effort to fix this.
 

Hi,

I think I have been able to reproduce this here now. It seems like it mostly happens when channels with channel time go to 0%. Is this your experience as well?
