Templates in 6.4

No, the newest version of Green Hippo in the library is v3.1.0 as of Congo v6.4.0

The reason for asking about the template for Green Hippo in the latest software for Congo is that I am having a problem with a Jnr running 6.3.1.

Colour video clips on the Critter are played back on the Congo in B & W and the cross-fade times for the video content become snaps! Media viewed directly on the Critter are all OK.

Green Hippo suggest that "This is something that ETC should be able to fix for you as we published out latest DMX personalities to them a while back"

Any ideas?

if our template is based on Green Hippo Layer v3.1.0, and you are using v3.2.0, then I would

check the DMX Tables of both versions and see if there were changes - maybe that's the problem.

I tried looking on the Green Hippo Website, but I can't find a Manual or DMX Table. Do you have have one?
Maybe you can ask them for DMX Tables of both versions?

If there are changes, then you can make those changes in a customer template in the Congo.  

I have both from when trying to make it in EOS.

Attached are the tables for both versions.

They are very different in places so you will run into some attributes not behaving correctly.

As Corey said you can just edit the one in your show file to make the changes.
