Error message

Hi

i have an error message has the beginning of CONGO

The file or directory C:\System\VolumeInformation\_restore(8C74E3FF-5E9C-457C¬¬-8A48-1B34ED782C3C)RP36 is corruptand uneadable. Please run the chkdsk utility

i clic on OK and it run normally..

have you already seen this problem  (i hope i've well copy out)

    please go into Congo Setup->Utilities->Run Checkdisk

     

    This should solve your problem. This is usually caused

    when the console is not properly been shut down as when

    the power is suddenly turned off to the console. This 

    should not be normal operating procedure as the console

    should always be shut down from the browser or welcome 

    screen.
