The Offline version is able to run with a Visualization tool like WYSIWYG or Capture. It will work just like it does with a console but the output refresh rate is reduced so you cannot run physical lights using the offline version. However, to preview positions and changes in a visualizer works fine.
Ok, I'm running into a weird problem trying to do this now. both the offline editor computer and the WYSIWYG computer are setup as per instructons in Congo Manual, but whnever teh Congo soware starts it causes a Visual C++ Runtime error.
I'm using Congo Offline version 4.2.1 on Windows XP Professional SP2, 1024 MB DDR RAM, 256 VRAM ATI Radeon 9550, Pentium 4 w/HT clocked at 2.6 GHz
My WYSIWYG is Version 10 running on Windows XP Home SP2, 512 DDR SDRAM, 64MB shared VRAM Intel Extreme, P4 w/HT clocked at 3.06 GHz (laptop)
any suggestions?
