Channels only Mode

At one time, it was labeled somewhere as "janitor mode".  I put it in Channel Mode for someone for light check once (he couldn't grasp holding C and pressing + / - ) and when I have my daughter at work and she wants to play on the board (she's 5) Channel Mode is a great way for her to play without worrying about cues being changed!

I will occasionally pop into Channels Only mode if someone's made changes to the house hang in our smaller space without keeping notes--so I can sort out what's what.

Also, I remind new users about it as an option for when they're in a rush and can't remember the usual logic. Nice to have a very simple mode to just get some light on the stage without much introduction.
