Channels only Mode

At one time, it was labeled somewhere as "janitor mode".  I put it in Channel Mode for someone for light check once (he couldn't grasp holding C and pressing + / - ) and when I have my daughter at work and she wants to play on the board (she's 5) Channel Mode is a great way for her to play without worrying about cues being changed!
