I have a Congo Jr. (First generation with dual DVI D adaptor). After I updated to 4.1.2 the second monitor stopped working. I read the release notes and it refers to this problem but the proposed solution of restarting the console doesn't solve the problem. I want to downgrade the software but during the procedure of installing an older version a pop up window says that I have to uninstall the already installed version. How exactly can I do that?? Has anyone the same problem?? Any solutions are more than welcome!
Dear Corey, I made a mistake to my previous post the console is indeed to 6.4.1.nThe Dual DVI adaptor is fully functional and 2 monitors are enabled from System Settings.
Could you adjust the resolution of not working monitor to a different resolution, apply, restart, and then pick your correct resolution, apply and restart. The monitor should work then.
If not, could you post a photo of your display settings here?
Another thing to check - at top of monitor setting page is a Setting: "Total Monitors: 1" This needs to be set to 2.
Could you adjust the resolution of just the not working monitor to a different resolution: like1280x1024 and apply, restart console and then pick your correct resolution: 1024x768, apply and restart. The monitor should work then.
