Has anyone else had problems with their Congo freezing since updating to version 6? Ours stops the output where it is and displays the Congo start up screens on the monitors. We lose control over any of the functions. The only way out is a restart.

Have you updated to V6.0.2?
Yes we have, and re-imaged the desk 3 or 4 times, and looked into the video card question but with no results. I e-mailed congo@etcconnect.com earlier today, but have not recieved a replay yet. my email has been read though.

I can see that you sent an email on Sunday but I cannot see any attached log files. Which files did you attach? Could you send it again?

When it crashes it does not create any log files, if you go into the windows part of the desk under task manager the application is not shown as not responding, it just isn't there.
