USB Boot with iRFR connected

There is probably a note somewhere that I have  not read which says " please disconnect your iRFR iTouch from the USB port when rebooting Congo"

If there is not such a note , is it intentional that Congo does not boot when an iRFR is connected to the USB port ?

  • One thing I have noticed that may be relevant is that all the Apple iPods I've tried (Shuffle, Nano and Touch), will always prevent my home PC from booting at all.
    - It doesn't even do the memory test, almost like the iPod is holding the motherboard in Reset.

I have to completely unplug my iPod to allow my PC to boot.

None of the other USB hardware I've used (including some seriously dodgy home-built stuff) has this effect. It's very weird.
