record a page master on congo jr with universal wing

On Congo jr, the "Page" buttons for the wings can be found under the Masters softkey in the Moving Light Display:
Softkey mode, top level, "Masters"

In v6 you can now have up to 80 Masters, so they have been relabelled as "Page 1-20", "Page 21-40", "Page 41-60" and "Page 61-80", one for each 'bank' of 20 faders.

There are also "Page +" and "Page -" softkeys which you use in conjunction with the above to step each bank through the pages.

We tried to record a page of master with this syntax: #(number of the page) RECORD & Sofkey "page1-20" , but it's not working (The command line is empty)

If you enable the setting "Auto-Update Master Pages"  in the Masters tab of the Setup dialog, then all changes to pages are automatically saved and you do not have to manually record the page. Would this help?

Thank you for your answer, but the auto update master pages don't work on my congo jr. When we load a page we lose my masters.

Can you please send us a copy of a showfile that shows this issue and a description of the problem to: congo (at) etcconnect (dot) com?

I don't think I've heard of this before, so there must be something odd going on.

We have find a solution with the  avab local distributor. We use the autoupdate page master on the master 1-20 (i don't know that i'ts dont work on master 21-40) for the 10 first pages and create the other page in the browser.(but the record syntax with the page softkey don't work in V6)

Hi,

There is a known problem in v6.0.4 when auto-updating to other master banks than 1-20. This is fixed in the next release (v6.1).
