bad new with the free dongle of congo Client and the customs

Well I have receive a client dongle in France from ETC but this morning, I discovered a mail about import taxe, I have to pay 28.96 € for a free dongle that I can't order !!

I really want to know if anybody had this joke, and if I must pay this taxe or ETC have ever payed it.

No, you don't.
Please contact Martine at ATF - she will refund the money for you.
In the mean time we will be working on a lasting solution.

Please pay the customs charge and contact Martine at AVAB for a refund - or send the invoice to Martine and she will pay it.

In the mean time we will work out a lasting solution.
