Can anyone tell me if its possible to delay a channel or group to fade or fade in. At the moment Im putting a follow on cue to fade these channel or group but is there an easier wa to do this.

Thanks Carl

  • Yes indeed it is!

    Two methods:

    1. Use the {Ch Delay} softkey under {Times...}
    2. # [Ch]&[Delay] shortcut

    These shortcuts use your "Set Times To" A/B option to determine the sequence step they apply to.

    To set these:

    • Select the relevant channels by any method.
    • Type the number of seconds to delay
    • Hit {Ch Delay} or [Ch]&[Delay]
    • You can then give the timing a name to recognise it by - or hit [Modify] to leave it as default.
    • To set a fade time, use {Ch Time} or [Ch]&[Time]

    If you don't set a channel fade time, it will use the main crossfade timings.
