crash problem

hello a client who is using a CONGO JR console last friday during a LIVE show (TV SHOW) who programmed some lights on fader wing suddenly realized the console just showed on two screens CONGO message, the only way to come back was turning the console off.

I installed the same version V5.1 but problem continues, last week it happened two times.

What could be the problem.

Hi,

For urgent problems, it is better if you use the congo (at) etcconnect.com mailing address or call ETC technical support.

When you get the problem that you describe, does the Congo application always stop and leave you with the Congo desktop screens? Do you see any error messages or a dialog with information?

If I understand you correctly, you have installed the same version as your client on another Congo and see the same problem. Is this correct?

HELLO THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANSWER , I INSTALLED THE SAME VERSION SOFTWARE ON SAME CONSOLE BUT OCCURRED THE SAME. SO, I THINK THE PROBLEM IS INSIDE
