VW Plug in wont load

Question

Hi all 
 See the screen shot below says I don't have the right version, I'm on 2020VW cant help as its an ETC plug-in 
 Any pointers would be appreciated

Hi Andrew, 
 It would seem that you are attempting to install the VW 2019 version of the plug-in. We're able to deduce that from the cryptic Vectorworks versioning shown in your screenshot: Compiled for 24.0.0 = 2019. 
 Can you try the VW 2020 plug-in and see if it works for you? It should be in the same big zip file you downloaded.

Hi Andrew Meadows , 
 It is a bit confusing for sure. You should unpack the first zip that downloads that includes the 4 .zip files that are each version (2019 and 2020 Mac and PC). You should not unpack those 4 versioned files.

 Now I think you are actually past that point if you followed that part and have installed it successfully to Vectorworks. It does not display on the Third Party Tab after installation. In order for it to appear in the Spotlight menu, you need to edit your workspace to add it as described on Page 5 of the Installation Guide.
