Question

Solawash 2000 dose not display correctly in Augment3d? The beam dose not display in tilt from about -18 to18 degrees.

Could you share a screenshot of this not working for you? It seems to work okay for me from a new showfile: 
 
 You may want to double-check your Quality settings in Options > Quality as they affect how the beam-end of light will appear on different objects: 
 Here in Low - Pass-through you notice there is no circle of light on the floor any longer. That is expected.
