S4 Revo Pan Offset in Real Life vs A3D

This is a weird issue, because the Revos have never homed to anything other than 0 pan/tilt in the past, but it seems like all of them are homing to +/-15 degrees off 0, but A3D represents them as at 0/0 in the viz, which leads to inaccuracy when trying to use click-to-focus. I've also ensured that no additional values are overriding their home position.

Does this seem like this an A3D issue or a Revo issue (should I call tech services?), and would using FPE temporarily solve the issue, given their pan/tilt offset weirdness.
