Chauvet 4Bar Model

Hi, 
 I'm currently learning EOS using a couple of Chauvet 4Bar LED fixtures, these are in the library and show up in Augment3d but the model doesn't look anything close to the actual fixture. Number of channels is correct but it's set up as a round fixture instead of the four separate heads in a row. Is there an easy way to correct this or will it need to be included in a future fixture library update? I'm also using two Venue TriStrip LED bar lights and the model for these looks and works great.

Hi Austen, 
 Currently Augment3d does not support modeling of multi-cell fixtures (see: https://support.etcconnect.com/ETC/Consoles/Augment3d/Multi-cell_Fixture_Pixel_Ordering ). The 4Bar fixture is quite unique as it really is 4 individual fixtures connected together on a bar. 
 Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do to correct this at this time. I would however encourage you to submit a Fixture Request to add the 3D model on the fixture request page: https://community.etcconnect.com/control_consoles/eos-family-consoles/f/fixture-requests . Be sure to include any drawings and manuals available so that we can get as much information about the fixture to model it in the future.
