Importing patch from Vectorworks to EOS

Hello,

I'm working on a rep plot at my University that we want to create an Augment3d file for. We did all the 3D work and the instruments are transferred correctly into the virtual space. However, the address information is not transferring with the fixtures. My work around is to import patch via LightWright 6 before importing the instruments via the VW 2020 Augment3d Plug in. I feel like I'm missing something easy and would appreciate any help.

I apologize if this is covered somewhere else and I've missed it.

Please send over your VW file and Plugin exported .a3d file. Feel free to use this link to upload them.

Hi Bill, I loaded your .a3d file and have 183 channels patched with a total of 1,844 patched parameters (not knowing what profile version you are using this could vary). I see some fixtures in VW that are not patched (920 for example). Were you seeing no, partial, most of the fixture addresses coming over? I should have asked for your showfile after bringing in the .a3d file - would you send that over as well?

I'm not seeing any fixtures patch on EOS. Correct types of fixtures are coming in from linking devices and they are linked to the right channels. But no address info. Just uploaded my showfile to the same link.

Okay, one more thing for us to check. From a File>New, will you attempt to import the .a3d file again, then save logs and upload them for me?
